Recovery

You wake up in a twin bed with a too-large quilt covering it. Sitting next to you is The Last Wizard clad in a safety-vest-orange cloak, also oversized.

He (she?) is glad to see you awake and explains what happened. He found you after your momentous fall from the top of the mountain and brought you back to his wizard hut. He says he’s been keeping an eye on things, and that a lot has happened since your crew set things in motion. He explains how the captain has become a host vessel, and that things are basically at defcon one right now. He says he’ll explain more later, but for now you’re both in a mess and you’re the best chance at setting things right.

He leaves the room and you’re free to get out of bed and move around. You can only move slowly indoors and you can’t jump.

Your grapple hook was broken in the fall and it’ll take some time to fix.

The wizard shack

You go upstairs into the kitchen / living room and see Crabman (Poob) sitting down drinking a cup of tea (wearing glasses and reading?). He’s very happy to see you. He explains that he knows the wizard and has for a long time - the two of them have been some of the longest-surviving actors on the island.
